Marc L. Perlroth, CPA, MBA, Managing Member
Marc L. Perlroth is the senior and managing member in our firm. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and a graduate of the Leonard Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University with a Masters in Business Administration. He served as Chairman of the Board for the South Central Chapter of the American Red Cross, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committees. Mr. Perlroth has more than 25 years of accounting and auditing experience and he has provided expert witness testimony as it relates to marital dissolutions and business valuations.

John D. Gordon, CPA, Member
John D. Gordon, CPA, JD, is the tax partner of our firm. He
is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania and Boston College Law School. He was admitted
to the Bar of Connecticut and Massachusetts although he has
always practiced accounting. Mr. Gordon was a member of the
Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Tower One /
Tower East of New Haven and also served as Vice Chair -
Finance. He was also Chairman of
the Blood Services Committee for the South Central
Connecticut Chapter of the American Red Cross. He currently serves
on the Development Committee for The Community Foundation for
Greater New Haven. He has more than 30 years of experience as
a tax professional including 7 years with the accounting firm
of Ernst & Young.

William G. Hyde, Jr., CPA, Manager
William G. Hyde, Jr., CPA, is a senior manager of our firm.
He is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Mr.
Hyde is a member of the Taxation Division of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He served on the
Board of Directors for the Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen
where he was Treasurer and an Audit Committee member. He
was a member of the Healthcare Committee of the Connecticut
Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hyde has more than 30
years of auditing and accounting experience with expertise in
partnership and real estate taxation and the healthcare
industry.

Bruce J. Perlroth, Systems Consultant,
Member
Bruce J. Perlroth directs the information systems
consulting portion of the practice. He is a graduate of the
University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He
also received a Certificate of Professional Accounting from
Quinnipiac University. He served as President of the New
Haven Colony Historical Society and served as Treasurer on
the Board of Directors for both Currier Woods Condominium
Association and Temple Beth David. He has more than 25 years of private
and public accounting experience. In his private experience,
he served as an assistant corporate controller for one of the
top 250 private companies in the United States.
